WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM?
Well then you were very smart picking Air Net as your WISP. Don't worry! These things happen and our Tech Support is unmatched in our industry.
If you have an after hour tech issue, please call: 254.836.5238 to report it. If the issue cannot be resolved when you call, we promise to affect repairs as soon as reasonable. Usually the next business day.

WHAT KIND OF HARDWARE WILL YOU BE INSTALLING AT MY HOME/BUSINESS?
For lack of a more complex answer, a very small, simple radio transmitter.

I DON'T WANT YOU MESSING UP MY COMPUTER!
No problem. Our guys install just to the wall.

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN GET "WIRED"?
Our install time is running right about 2 weeks out.

I JUST CHECK MY EMAIL AND DO A COUPLE OF LOOK UPS. DO I NEED THE 5 MEG DOWNLOAD?
Absolutely...NOT. A lot of our friends in the industry don't even think folks like you exist, so they don't market to you. How about just $39.95 a month for that?

DUDE, I LIKE LIVE ON THE INTERNET... PLAYING GAMES, CHECKING OUT TORRENTS. CAN YOU HOOK ME UP?
Yep. You're at the other end of the spectrum. Look for another WISP offering you "actual" download speeds of 5 megs. BTW, you do know most torrents are illegal? It's called piracy...and unlike Capt Jack Sparrow, it won't end well. We will reserve our right to refuse to provide service to someone.

HOW ARE BILLINGS HANDLED?
Bills are generated and mailed about mid-month for the next month. They are due on the 1st and late on the 10th. If we have not received your payment by the 15th your service may be disconnected. If your disconnected, there will be a reconnect fee.
We have recently added a "subscription" payment. Please go to "Pricing" and scroll down to the bottom. It's through PayPay and we can accept all major credit cards.
Additionally, you can call the office and pay your bill with a credit card or you can bring your check by our offices. We prefer you do not pay with cash, as we do not keep cash in the office.

THE LITTLE COMPUTER ON MY DESKTOP SAYS ITS NOT CONNECTED?
This is a common misconception. That little "icon" shows the connection to YOUR router, not necessarily to the internet. More than likely, you've moved away from your router and need to move back closer to it.
